This is called "nuno-hitatare."
Since it has big crest which shows whole family, it came to be called "daimon (=big crest)" kimono.
The "daimon" kimonoes are the "okumi" nothing of half sleeve,1 width [ body 2 width, and are in the "munahimo" "suiryo" style.
Since it was usually tailored with the cloth of "retsu" in the same way as "hakama" trousers, it was called "kami-shimo (=top and bottom)."
This "daimon" style is considered that style of the clothes since the old Japan has developed in the figure as it was in the original style.
